Jeff
Jeff Adamo
Rhythm Guitar/Lead SingerJeff fell in love with country music when he was first exposed to it in the early 1970's. He's an accomplished rhythm guitarist and vocalist who has worked with a lot of talented musicians through the years. He started out playing in rock bands, then gospel, and finally assembled a country band called "Possum Hollow" which was very popular on the west coast. He left the world of live performing to work for the railroad and raise his son. He moved to Idaho in 2020 and really missed playing with good musicians, so he started to build a band once again. He set out to find talented musicians who are also great people.  It took about a year to find all the right people but it was worth the wait. These people are now known collectively as "American Tradition."
Chris
Chris Davis
Fiddle - Chris has been playing Guitar since the age of 8 and the Fiddle starting at age 14. He and his Father played together often throughout his childhood and young adult life, playing many gigs or just enjoying the play of music in the home. He went on to School at BYU Idaho and while there, met his wife Angie..  In 1997 Chris decided to enter the Idaho
State Fiddle contest for the fun of it and experience a little fiddling
competition. To his surprise, he ended up taking first place in the Young Adult division, with an invitation to compete nationally in Weiser.  Chris’ greatest musical accomplishment was instilling the importance of music in the home among his 5 children and having a family band to share their talents with others to enjoy. Chris has been blessed to play with some very good country bands throughout the years, with American Tradition being a band that he loves being a part of, with men that love God, Family, Country, and playing music!

Ron
Ronnie Lyons
Bass - Ronnie plays bass for "American Tradition." Ronnie has been an Idahoan since 1997. He loves the Pacific Northwest. He works as an R.N. for St. Luke's Hospital. He has a passion for all the types of music he listened and danced to while growing up. Ronnie Joined "American Tradition" in December of 2022 as a way to share his love of classic country music with other musicians. Not only has he been impressed with the dedication of his bandmates to perfect the sound of their music, he also finds great satisfaction in playing live music at events where folks share in the experience by dancing.
